In addition, we investigate outside reports, including complaints and adverse transfusion reactions, and as widely as possible to promote the safety of blood transfusion. |

Evaluation of Shipping The prepared blood components are evaluated based on the laboratory test results and processing steps and only suitable blood components are shipped from the preparation section to the supply section. |

Documentation All standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance criteria are extensively documented. |

Acceptance Inspection Supplies such as blood bags for collection and reagents for laboratory testing are examined before use to ensure that they conform to performance specifications. |

Sampling Inspection A statistically significant sample of all products is selected for confirmation of contents, volume, and other quality parameters. |
